After training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York, and working at many fine dining establishments in France, England, and the Caribbean, I returned to my hometown of Columbus to create delicious desserts at the Refectory restaurant, before becoming the owner & chef of Judys Caf in 1995.
